Couldn’t have asked for a better product! Great customer service, very friendly, highly recommend.
Using a concept on Instructables (https://www.instructables.com/id/PVC-Chicken-Waterer-1/), I build this variation using Rent-a-Coop watering cups instead of the ones suggested. I bought the tee’s at the suggestion of someone at your company, and they worked out beautifully!
We also use your feeder ports and they are a vast improvement over our old feeder.
Hoping it works out. Still tweeking set-up. A bit of leaking on 2 cups/Ts, but afraid of stripping threads. Added some teflon tape which seemed to help some, but still dripping. Will be working to better secure PVC so it doesn't rotate affecting water levels. I really needed to install a reservoir system (tired of lugging and cleaning standard 3-gal waterers) and this looked like a viable path forward. Using a 5-gallon reservoir outside the coop. If I can get it to stop seeping, I will install a much larger reservoir. Jury is still out. Need to stop the seeping. If you want to develop any additional products I would recommend 5 or 10 gal containers with spigots (kits). Its time consuming to hunt through pluming supplies (several store) looking for the best fittings to be installed (leak free) in the reservoir and adapt to the 1/2" PVC.
Easy easy. I used sealant instead of pvc glue. Hope to move them to the coop when chicks are ready!
These fittings are perfect. They allowed me to build my watering system with ease.
The connectors work well. They fit 1/2" sch 40 PVC perfectly.
